L’infiniment grand et l’infiniment petit font partie de la base du travail de Berta Sesé, elle s’intéresse au principe hermétique de correspondance. Inspirée également du concept esthétique et spirituel japonais wabi-sabi, qui consiste à voir la beauté dans les choses imparfaites, humbles ou impermanentes. Son travail alterne peinture et photographie, et c’est une invitation à redécouvrir notre environnement, basé sur la liberté d’esprit pour apprécier la magie de notre entourage. Son univers poétique très pictural est engagé auprès de la nature, elle est soucieuse du déracinement de l’être humain vis à vis de la nature et de notre impact planétaire
Son travail photographique est basé sur l’observation et la perception de notre habitat quotidien, Berta interprète des détails inestimables, et nous montre un autre profil du monde réel concrétisé à une échelle différente. A travers un objectif macro, l’artiste identifie le sujet à une dimension très intimiste, comme une approche scientifique fractale de notre environnement et de ses projections. L’image est remplie d’émotion et le résultat est une abstraction de la réalité transformée en un autre élément. Les photographies de Berta n’altèrent pas le sujet initial, elles sont le résultat capturé avec son objectif, sans montage graphique, respectant la pureté originale existante et révélant naturellement une image cachée, visualisée avec l’imagination de l’artiste.

Berta’s work is referred to the hermetic Principle of Correspondence, which allow us to know the whole of the Universe by exploring the higher and lower nature of things, which surround the mystery. Fascinated as well by the Japanese aesthetic and spiritual concept of wabi-sabi, which consists of seeing beauty in imperfect, humble or impermanent things. Her pictorial poetic universe is committed to nature, she is concerned about the uprooting of human beings from nature and our planetary impact. The artist photographs are based on the observation and perception of unusual daily places and surfaces. She interprets their priceless details, and shows us another profile of the real world concretized on a different scale. Through a macro lens, the artist identifies the subject with a very intimate dimension, as a fractal scientific approach to our environment and its projections. The result of her images is an abstraction of reality filled with emotion and turned into a new element. Berta’s photographs do not alter the initial subject. Without graphic montage, respecting the original purity, they reveal naturally a hidden image, visualized with the artist’s imagination.
Berta’s plastic work is part of an abstract lyrical style. Light, vibration and expanding polychromy, her painting is closely linked to the cosmos.
It invites us to contemplation and meditation for its intense and free colors, and for the search of total visual harmony. Her search for balance offers to the observer a space of calm and peace, like a force of attraction from the bottom of the painting towards our inner psyche.
